Nowadays, all businesses are confronted with globalization and dynamically changing market opportunities and challenges. Vitapedic Inc. was founded on the premise to provide a solid link between manufacturers and potential distribution channels on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Our founder, Mr. Dieter Hensler, is European and we are located in Southern Ontario. We look back at a track record of over 25 years in the global channel business. We have been the manufacturer as well as being the importer and distributor in Europe, USA and Canada. We therefore, have lived through all the challenges of foreign business development.

Vitapedic is engaged with lifestyle innovation products, with a focus on the juvenile industry sector. We identify leading edge products, that are highly differentiated, very innovative and second to none in quality. We concentrate on small to medium suppliers who can benefit the most from our services.

Vitapedic is not a sales agent nor are we a consultant. We are a business development partner for both our hand selected manufacturers as well as our distribution partners. We don’t need to find channels for our suppliers. We have established relationships with potential importers/distributors in both USA and Canada that have large retail networks throughout North America. We describe ourselves as an Atlantic Business Link and we:

•  Support both our manufacturer and channel partners hands-on in every aspect of the business
• Establish a tailor made vibrant business platform for them on both ends
• Manage effective intercontinental transportation, custom matters, and payment transactions
• Coordinate product safety testing and assure that our suppliers obey to all national rules and regulations
• Make proposals for suitable POS material, product packaging and more  Propose, pricing and discounting strategies on the basis of solid market research
• Actively work with our distributors and support their marketing and business development activities
• Manage the entire link between the manufacturers and the distribution channel

Through our distributors we are engaged with JPMA, the North American Juvenile Product Manufacturer Association, and we are member of the largest Canadian trade organization CGTA, Canadian Gift and Tableware Association. Through these associations we have access to first line information, outstanding terms on services, and their respective trade shows, such as the ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas.
